16 x 16 CAT5 Television Distribution Matrix with local switched audio
General Description
Housed in an industry standard 19” chassis, PRO-1000A delivers high quality video, stereo audio and IR control to multiple
users over CAT5e/6 cabling. The inputs are standard RCA Phono sockets that are familiar to both qualified engineers and
end-users alike. The outputs are delivered on RJ45 connectors that allow simple patching over existing infrastructure.
An installation into an existing CAT5e/6 system can deliver television signals around a large commercial building in less than
a day. Receivers that convert the signals back to standard video and audio outputs are available in two different formats:
SCART, for simple connectivity to a television set and RCA Phono that allow connections to Plasma, Projector and other
professional equipment.

Your
initial installation may require a single chassis for up to 16 screens.
Should you require further screens in the future, the
PRO-1000A chassis can be stacked to increase the number a screens to 160 or more. Each screen position has the option of
controlling the signal devices attached to the PRO-1000A using the IR pass through provided as standard. RS232 is also
provided for communication between your computer for channel baring, forcing and the initial setup of the on screen display
features.The port can also be used for external control of the system.
